This shop has a very good reputation, So i'm willing to accept I may have had a dud when it comes to experiences like mine, I had bought a decently equipped hardtail mtb from them around a year ago, during my initial purchase the service was great. However, after taking the bike to some local trails i started to notice a few things off with the bike, and decided to bring it in for service, they made their adjustments and i continued riding, however, problems kept arising with my bikes derailleur and it never shifted right, After taking it in a few more times and having them hold my bike while waiting for parts multiple times, I started to lose confidence in the shop, one problem after another with the derailleur. I've heard from other bike shops in the area Cycletherapy is a great shop, however I just havent seemed to have a good experience with the bike I purchased from them, hopefully this hasn't/wont happen to anyone else; as I love supporting the areas Local Bike Shops rather than buying online.
I have been going to Cycletherapy now for about 2 years for all my cycling needs. The staff is awesome, and will literally bend over back to help you out. They have the best selection of bikes and gear around, and they all are very knowledgeable on all things bike related. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my my bikes or service!
Great service and very polite staff, fair prices i bought two bikes today for wife an i and after the trail ride i felt even better to have listened to their advice. Love the bike and will always consider this store for future shopping.
I LOVE to shop locally! The folks at Cycletherapy are genuine, and love pedal-power! Even if all associates are busy with other customers, each time I've been in they have been quick to acknowledge me and let me know they will take care of me shortly. Their service is first rate!
Great shop. The staff there knows their stuff and is very helpful and good at customer service. They always show me a range of prices for what I am looking for and do not try to just push the most expensive items. I appreciate their knowledge and honesty. They're also about the local community. It's nice to have a truly local bike shop in the area.
