Great customer service, competitive prices. Nice clean vehicles, mechanically sound. A clean interior and exterior in most. So clean inside, my last experience, due to fur tranfer, a few gray furs almost cost me. Just know you can be charged, even if a furry pet was never in the vehicle, or any other debris left in the rental. As long as you return a spotless, refueled, undamaged vehicle, there are no additional fees. Most credit cards accepted. Some credit cards cover damage making it possible to exclude tripling ins., and saving $. It's great to know Enterprise will pick you up as long as you're within a location's alotted distance. It's wise to remain in contact with the local office if you're meeting an appointment obligation and being picked up. Locations vary on distance for picking up, so be sure if your needing that service, to ask if you're within range before booking. There's always a Lyft or Uber that can close that gap. I'd recommend Enterprise to friends and family. Be sure to join Enterprise plus, you'll earn points to upgrade and more.
An Enterprise rep. picked me up at the collision shop in no time, brought me to the Enterprise location on Highland Rd. in Waterford, and got me into a car right away. We enjoyed driving the car (a Malibu) for 8 days until our car was ready at the shop. When returning the car, our bill was accurate and included a credit for what our insurance covered for the car rental. The Enterprise rep. then drove me back to the shop where I picked up my newly-repaired vehicle. The entire process was seamless, and the reps I worked with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'd definitely rent from them again!
Rented a van from these fine folks for a dog show. They were super helpful in getting me the right type of van at a reasonable price. When I arrived to pick it up my reservation was all in order. The staff at this Enterprise site (Waterford, MI) were extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely rent from them again.
