I get that its 90 degrees outside but is it seriously necessary for your 100lb female delivery driver to be delivering pizzas with her ass literally hanging out of the bottom of her shorts? When did it become appropriate for someone working around hot food to not wear clothes? Not to forget that I would see a more dressed female at a strip club where its appropriate to dress like that for work.
I don't know who made my pizza at 11 o'clock this morning on August 6, but whoever it was, their hands were personally blessed by Jesus Christ himself. They just knew the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and everything, I literally almost ate a large deep dish by myself – those Jesus hands took away all of my control. And the girl who answered the phone and brought my pizza, did a wonderful and marvelous job making sure that the Jesus pizza made it here at a good time to preserve all of the flavor and hotness. They deserve raises, and paid vacations. May they get large tips and work shifts that'll fly by all week long. Those two are your best workers, don't let them get away.
After a few years of ordering from here with no problems it has all changed. I ordered a pizza via webpage with a credit card. When the pizza arrived it was cold. Upon calling and talking to the manager they offered me a 6 dollar credit on a 20 dollar purchase. I then decided to return the pizza only to be told I would have to wait until another day for the owner to refund me. This is completely a diversionary tactic to keep dissatisfied customers money. I will never order from here again. I also have filed a complaint with their corporate offices and my bank.
I agree with previous post DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY i have personally ordered from here about ten times and EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER so i call and every time they are so sorry well this was the last sorry they will be giving us. I tried to give them many chances and obviousely they dont care the manager told me ahhhhhh so what do u want me to do I WANT YOU TO BRING ME WHAT I ORDERED WITHOUT A THREE HOUR WAIT TO GET ALL MY FOOD and its real sad when the wrong salad looked way better than the one they brought me then they took the wrong one back no compensation for my incovience WOW THATS ALL I CAN SAY. SMH. Well tonight was my husbands birthday and our last time ever ordering from here so sad....
I have been ordering from here for at least 2 years never had a problem. Then I place a large order for delivery when I ordered they said 55 minutes 20 minutes later the food arrives . As you would guess buy the speedy delivery the pizza was not cooked all the way. When I called to complain Autumn the manager told me that was impossible because the pizza was frozen in a package and they take it out of the package and cook it. Well Autum it was not cooked long enough...she offered nothing to please the customer except and really dumb excuse . I will never purchase a thing from here again .
