Been going since open in 1992. Love it there. Second generation client. Great staff. I feel like I grew up there! Thanks for taking care of my cats over the years!!!
My cat and I really enjoyed our experience at Exclusively Cats. This was my cat's first visit to this place. The front desk ladies, the technician Mary, and Dr. Bailey were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend, who owns our cat, was very pleased when I described the experienced we had. Everyone went above and beyond with taking care of our furry baby.
Update: Still missing my baby with the wrong diagnosis and have never received a phone call from them. I am just curious how many other parents have had their pets die with a Lymphoma diagnosis from this vet. I remember picking him up after a procedure and there were 2 other people in the waiting room upset because their cats also had Lymphoma? Beware!
Cat died! I think it is a Lymphoma factory; when they don't know what is wrong, they just make a diagnosis of Lymphoma and don't listen to you!
The staff is very knowledgeable, nice, friendly and understanding. Their facility is extremely well kept and is clean. Their practices are professional, efficient and are made by sound decisive minds (never once making a decision that would create harm for the kitty). When I needed someone most to discuss my future plans for my Sabrina who was dying from a cancer found in the mouth, they were extremely patient and offered many alternatives. They didn't treat me or my kitty poorly even when I had to ask a lot of questions (unlike my previous vet which caused me to seek refuge in their institution). I regret that I am only now just writing this review but I know I will not regret leaving one here for others to see and hopefully use to guide them the right way. My cat is really fierce and scary at the vet, along with my gf being really protective. They handled that and our budget amazingly. They are caring, loving and understanding of everything. Would send anyone there.
