Giving 2 stars only because the people here are very nice! I absolutely HATE leaving bad reviews. And I hate having to talk bad about businesses... but I brought my car here hoping they had a solution to my problem, they told me it was low oil pressure and I needed to replace the engine. He charged me 90$ just to tell me that and he didn’t mention any fee until after I came to pick my car up! So I take my car to monro auto service where they Thoroughly inspected it and gave me an honest answer. It had nothing to do with the oil pressure it turned out to be the timing chain! So not only did I get a wrong answer, but I also PAID $90 FOR THE WRONG ANSWER! If I would’ve known my service wasn’t wanted and he just wanted to make a quick buck by starting my car and taking a guess on what the problem was... Really sucks he could’ve made a lot more money by ACTUALLY inspecting my car and realizing it was the timing chain! What a shame..
After the dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to diagnose the issue with my van, I started searching for a local shop. I based my decision off of the previous reviews. I am happy to say, I made the right decision! Without hesitation they offered to drive me and my son home. They diagnosed and repaired my van within 2 hours of dropping it off! They didn't unnecessarily replace parts that didn't need replacement and were very honest and upfront. The price was so fair that I didn't even need to use the expensive extended warranty I bought with a deductible! 100% will use them again!
